Frequently asked questions about the meeting planner
Does the planner account for daylight saving time?
Yes. Conversion uses the stored IANA time zone of each reference location, including the applicable clock changes on the selected date.
Why is only one location used per country?
The planner uses the stored reference location. Countries spanning several time zones can differ substantially, so check each participant’s actual location.
Are public holidays included automatically?
Not yet. The assessment checks weekday and local time. Public holidays should also be checked in the relevant country calendar.
